I am a Fire Dept. or EMS volunteer, how do I apply for my beach permit?

Village Taxpayers, Year-Round Village Renters, WHB Fire Department Personnel, WHB Ambulance Personnel and WHB Village Employees please view BEACH ACCESS page under the Village Beaches tab.

I am a resident/taxpayer, how many passes can I get?

# OF PASSES / FEES – 4 BEACH PASSES & 1 PARKING PERMIT (2ND PARKING PERMIT – $40.00)

PROOF OF RESIDENCY – DRIVER’S LICENSE & CAR REGISTRATION

 

I am a student at Westhampton Beach, can I still get a walk on pass?

Yes, (1) walk on pass per student, no car stickers will be given to students.

I am renting in the Village for the summer, how can I get a beach pass?

The Landlord must complete a Summer Rental application in the Village of Westhampton Building Department and be willing to give up their beach sticker to the renter. https://www.westhamptonbeach.gov/documents/summer-rental-application/

FEES – $650 +  $3 PER PHOTO ID CARD

When are lifeguards on duty?

Lifeguards are on duty WEEKENDS ONLY until the beach opens 7 days/week from 10am-5pm.

When does the beach open?

WEEKENDS from MAY 24, 2025 THRU JUNE 28, 2025 from 10:00 AM– 5:00 PM  at Rogers Beach.

7 days a week from JUNE 28, 2025 THRU SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 from 10:00 AM– 5:00 PM  at Rogers Beach.
