The Westhampton Beach Village Justice Court has jurisdiction over a broad range of matters, including vehicle and traffic matters, small claims, evictions, civil matters and criminal offenses. The Justice Court also presides over building, zoning and Village Code offenses.

Robert A. Kelly, Jr. was re-elected to serve a 4-year term which began July 1, 2023 and expires June 30th, 2027.
