Ethics Board

On May 5, 2011, the Board of Trustee adopted a local law that amended the Village’s Code of Ethics. The amendment contained provisions that created a Board of Ethics. The Board of Ethics will be comprised of five members, with at least one member a Village employee (elected or appointed) and will serve without compensation. The Board will meet and issue advisory opinions when necessary.

Mayor Ralph Urban – term expires 6/30/2026

Stephen Frano – term expires 6/30/2027

Kimberly Monsour – term expires 6/30/2027

Janeen Turano – appointed for a 3 year term which expires on 6/30/2028.

Kimberly Wolfersdorf – appointed for a 3 year term which expires on 6/30/2028
