NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Beach will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, New York, on Monday July 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for the Special Exception Application filed by Donohue’s East LLC for outdoor tables and chairs for property located at 144 Main Street, SCTM # 905-012-04-040. Copies are available in the Clerk’s office at Village Hall. The Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested at the public hearing to be held as aforesaid and may appear in person or by agent or by attorney. The Village of Westhampton Beach does provide handicapped access to all public meetings.
