Beach passes are available at Rogers Beach 10am-5pm. Justice Court is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-3pm.  

Can Non-Resident Seasonal Renters (Westhampton, Remsenburg, Speonk, Quiogue) get a beach pass?

Yes, rentals must have the following:

  • Letter from Homeowner to the Village giving permission to transfer the permit to the tenant. (1) Car sticker must be made available to the tenant.
  • Town Tax Bill

FEES – $975 +  $3 PER PHOTO ID CARD

# OF PASSES – (4) BEACH PASSES & (1) PARKING PERMIT

PROOF OF RESIDENCY – DRIVER’S LICENSE & CAR REGISTRATION
